Delivery options



The UK mainland consists of England, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) and Wales. If your order is being delivered to one of these locations, then the below delivery information is relevant to you. Please note that for the purposes of this definition, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey, and Guernsey are not considered part of the UK mainland, and for details relating to these destinations please consult our UK Non-Mainland information.

Delivery drivers can leave your order with a neighbour, or in a safe place, if you specify this in the 'Courier Instructions' section at the checkout. We cannot however guarantee that your instructions will be followed, as it is entirely at the individual driver's discretion. Therefore, it is always best to ensure someone will be present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.

If a non-delivery occurs, then a calling card will be left detailing instructions of what will happen next. Generally, the delivery will be re-attempted the very next working day.

Non-deliveries will only be held by our courier for 2 working days, after which they are returned to sender (us). If you are order is returned then you will be liable for a return fee to the minimum value of £5.00, which will be deducted from any requested refund along with the initial postage cost we have already incurred at this point.

Please note that as we are an online retailer, orders can take 0-3 working days to process followed by the postage method selected when placing the order.

Delivery times on orders once dispatched are shown below. Delivery times are an estimate and we are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail. If your order is placed after 9am on a Friday this will be processed on the following Monday.  Bank holidays will be treated as non-working days.

We offer free Express delivery on all orders above £30 for customers who purchase using our website. Our delivery charge includes packaging and handling in addition to postal costs, which we pay to Royal Mail on your behalf.

 Free Delivery on Selected Products offer

All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched to you same day or in some cases the next day* , anywhere in the UK (there may be delays to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands). Orders for large quantities, heavy orders, special requests or disability aids may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

Royal Mail handle the majority of our deliveries. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office or members of your family.

Due to restrictions on the carriage of flammable items, orders containing multiple aerosols will be sent via our courier DX. These orders require a signature on delivery. If the customer is not available a card will be left and redelivery can be arranged for an alternate day free of charge.

Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Any incorrect or incomplete addresses must be checked prior to placing your order. Re-despatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge once the parcel has been returned back to us by Royal Mail.

If an item is returned to us as uncalled for by Royal Mail, we will refund the items minus the postage fee.

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived, you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to claim that your parcel has not arrived. Any claims after such period will not be accepted.

If you are using a forwarding address, we can only look into an issues to the forwarding address stated on your order. You will need to speak with your forwarding company if you have not received your parcel. Arc Health Nutrition will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise from the forwarding company you use.

In addition to the above paragraph, if your residence requires an access code, you will need to state this on the address of your order. We will not be held liable for any issues regarding access codes missing to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

 Please Note:

1st Class and 1st Class Recorded delivery can take 1-3 working days from time of dispatch and 2nd Class delivery can take 3-5 working days from time of dispatch.

*One – Three working days to dispatch orders is an estimated time and is not always guaranteed and may also vary with demand for certain products from time to time. Working days are classed as Monday-Friday and does not include Saturday or Sunday

**Next day delivery is applied once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders can take 0-3 working days to process due to stock availability, value and the size of the order. Bank Holidays are not considered a working day as Royal Mail do not deliver over bank holiday periods

Heavy Parcels to United Kingdom Islands (including Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Shetland Islands, and Northern Ireland)

When buying heavy goods or buying in bulk we may have to charge additional postage fees per item on top of our standard postage cost. This Is due to the added cost to us of posting heavier items. On these items the “free postage” may also be waived. Please also note that for heavy goods or bulk purchases, these will take longer to process and may take longer that 1-3 working days to process.

Please Note: Unfortunately, due to restrictions imposed by Royal Mail we are currently unable to dispatch any aerosols/flammables outside of the UK Mainland. We do not currently ship outside of the UK. We are unable to send liquids or aerosols outside of the UK mainland


Important information for Isle of Man customers

Please note that from the 16th of October 2023 orders to the Isle of Man may take longer to arrive as a result of Royal Mail’s & Isle of Man Postal office’s joint decision to remove their postal flight service. All parcels will be sent via road and ferry services from this date.

We offer a STANDARD SERVICE ONLY to UK non-mainland addresses. We do not offer a next day delivery service to UK non-mainland addresses.

All deliveries to UK non-mainland addresses are chargeable. Our costs in delivering to UK non-mainland addresses are significantly higher than to UK mainland addresses, which, coupled with our already low prices, makes it impossible to offer free delivery to these areas.

Are there any postcodes where delivery estimates are slower?

Royal Mail Guaranteed services are not available to all customers in the UK, especially those that live in remote postcodes. Royal Mail advise customers of the following:

About Royal Mail

Royal Mail are the most widely recognised mail delivery company in the UK. Being on the UK’s 29 million doorsteps six days a week means they offer unparalleled price and convenience.

Your Royal Mail parcel will usually arrive with your normal daily delivery of post, however, in busier areas parcels may be delivered separately. You will be provided with a delivery time slot by Royal Mail on the morning of your delivery - this is normally four hours.

Please note: Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays - this is reflected in the delivery estimates in the checkout and should be taken into account when ordering.

If you are not home to accept your delivery, a card should be left by the Royal Mail representative. This card will provide details of where you can collect the order or how to arrange re-delivery. You can re-arrange delivery as quickly as the next working day using the link in the card or using your tracking link.

Please note estimated delivery times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. During exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be longer and delivery times can be affected by adverse weather conditions. Delivery estimates exclude Bank Holidays, public holidays and weekends. Please check Royal Mail for service updates and potential delivery delays in their network. Customer is Responsible for checking with destination country regarding custom clearance and charges incurred by customs.

How is my order going to be packaged?

We ensure all parcels are in plain cardboard packaging for discreet delivery of your goods. The packaging does not contain any branding on the outer packaging. The parcels are sealed with glue to ensure that they are tamper-proof.

Will my parcel fit through the letterbox?

Where possible, we will attempt to package all small parcels to fit through your letterbox in tamper-proof packaging.


In rare cases your tracking number may show your package as ‘Delivered’ when it is still ‘In transit’ or delivered to an alternate location. We recommend looking out for an “Attempted Delivery’ notification or card left by the courier at your address.

In the circumstance that your order shows as delivered but hasn’t been received, we would recommend taking three steps before reaching out to us:

  • Checking your secure/safe locations around your address, such as porches, sheds, behind the gate/bin or anywhere that a delivery driver may have found access to.
  • Checking with your nearest neighbour(s) who may have kindly accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • Checking at your local post office/pick up point by taking your ID and tracking number with you.

If all of the above has been carried out and you have still not been able to retrieve your parcel, please get in touch with us so we can find a solution as soon as possible for you.

We will contact royal mail by filling the web contact form. Once we receive response from royal mail we will process claim as per communication with royal mail. In case royal mail provides us proof of delivery we will not be able to offer any refund or reship of the order.

You must contact us within 30 days of dispatch so that we can investigate any lost/stolen parcels with the courier service. If any claims are made after this date, we will not be held accountable to refund or reship.

**Unfortunately, we cannot ship MEDICINES outside the UK due to legal restrictions and good practice. This restriction applies across the site currently as we take advice from our regulators regarding the license in the destination country.
