Product Uses
1. Wash your hands before use and remove the wrapper on the tampon.
2. Pull out the string, checking the ends are knotted together and give it a little tug to check it's secure (if not try another tampon).
3. Find a comfy position, either sitting on the toilet or gently squatting with your knees apart. Insert the tampon into the vagina and push in using your index finger, aiming upwards and backwards towards the small of your back.
4.When inserted the string will hang outside your body ready for removal. To remove gently pull the string. If the tampon feels tightly held leave it in a little longer, but ensure it's changed at least every 4 to 8 hours.
Recyclable
Lil-Lets tampon boxes are made from 80% recycled board and can be recycled, along with the TSS information leaflet inside, with the rest of your paper and cardboard recycling.
