Benylin Chesty Coughs Non-drowsy cough syrup is used to help relieve chesty coughs.

The liquid contains:

• Guaifenesin (an expectorant) to help loosen mucus (phlegm) from the lungs and make it easier to cough up.
• Levomenthol to help you breathe more easily by easing congestion.

Ingredients

Each 5 ml of cough syrup contains: Guaifenesin 100 mg, Levomenthol 1.1 mg Also contains: Liquid Glucose, Sucrose, Ethanol, E124 (See leaflet) This product contains 5 vol % Ethanol Sodium content 16.42 mg/5ml

Directions

Do not use if bottle seal is broken when purchased. DOSE: For oral use only. Dosage: Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take two 5 ml spoonfuls every 4 - 6 hours, four times a day. As with all similar medicines, if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
